Access Your Backup Site

Your data is backed up offsite every 24 hours so your backup site will display schedules, reservations, and client accounts current through last night. To access a backup version of your site, visit backup.mindbodyonline.com.

Please Note:

• The offsite backup network is a read-only system. You cannot add new data or write information to the offsite backup facility.
• To keep accurate records while using your offsite backup, you will need to record transactions on paper until connectivity is restored.
• Once your full site has been restored, then re-enter the information that you have been tracking on paper.
