The Profile Tab

The Profile Tab is where you go to look at individual client account details.

You can:

This section will walk you through how to use each of the six Profile screens.

In order to follow along with this tutorial, you will need to look up a client account, or create a test account. A single test account is recommended for all sites so you can practice sales, returns, and other client management related tasks. More than one test account is not recommended because it becomes difficult to keep clean. All fictitious sales and activity should be voided after you are done playing around.

Click on the Client Info Tab to get started.

Billing Information

You can store credit card or checking or saving account billing information to use for future auto pays and retail purchases. Use the Swipe Card to Store field to swipe the card through the magnetic reader to store billing information, or type the credit card in manually using the CC Number field. If you wish to use checking or saving account information type in the account name, routing number and bank account number. If these three fields are not visible on your site, contact map@mindbodyonline.com to apply for ACH processing. This can be added to your current credit card processing application.

Use the Copy from Contact Info link to automatically copy the billing address and cardholder name into the billing information fields.
