Class Levels

Can I skip this step? Yes, this step can be skipped. It's just a third layer of organization for classes and workshops. Business that offer a lot (20+) of classes or workshops would find this feature useful.   Click here to go back to the second level of organizations, Class Types.

Class Levels are a third layer of organization for your Classes and Events (Workshops.) You don't need Class Levels, but if you have a lot of different classes (20+ classes or workshops), this will make it easier for clients to find the Class or Workshop they're looking for. For instance, if you have 7 different yoga classes and each one has a beginner, intermediate, and advance level, you would probably want to use this feature. Class Levels also add an extra filter when you run your reports.

To Enable Class Levels:

1. Log in as the owner
2. Follow this menu path: Toolbox => Setup => Options => Class & Event Options
3. Under Reservation System Policies, locate the option "Use Class Levels." 
4. Check the box to the right this feature
5. Click Update at the bottom of the screen to save changes.
6. Press the F5 key to refresh your web browser.

To define your Class Levels

1. Log in as the owner
2. Follow this menu path: Toolbox => Services => Class/Session Levels
3. Name your Class Levels such as "Beginner," "Intermediate," or "Advanced." 
4. Click the "Add New" button to save the class level .

You will assign Class Levels to the classes or workshops when you actually schedule them later in this training session.
