Programs

Uncheck this box for each Program that you won't be using. And, as you probably guessed, check this box for each Program that you want turned on.

This means your clients will not be able to see any services in this Program. But you and your employees still can after logging in.

This only applies to Appointments. It does not affect Resources, Classes, or Enrollments. In minutes, set the absolute minimum length an appointment can take place in this Program. You will later set the actual length for each appointment. This just determines the bare minimum. If you have one-on-one sports training put into a Program titled "Sports Training," and clients have options of sessions that last 30-minutes, 60-minutes, and 90-minutes, then the Min Length would be "30."

This also only applies to Appointments. It does not affect Resources, Classes, or Enrollments. Set the max capacity for each Program. If the Program is "Private Yoga," then the Capacity is probably 1. If the Program is called "Duo Yoga," the capacity is 2. The capacity that you set for the Program will automatically populate the capacity for each Session Type within the Program; this may be changed later from the Session Type Setup Screen. For example, the Yoga Program could have a capacity of one, but you could later create a Session Type called Private Yoga with a capacity of one and Duet Yoga with a capacity of two, and assign both Private Yoga and Duet Yoga Session Types to the Yoga Program.

Hold down the Ctrl key (Apple key on a Mac) and then user your mouse to select the other Programs that this service can be exchanged for. Not many businesses use this feature. The most popular use for this feature is when businesses sell a Membership that, once purchased, can be used on any other service. Setting up such a membership is tricky.
