This screen stores information used in system generated auto emails, sales tax rates, shipping information for purchase orders, and time zone settings. Also, when MINDBODY contacts you about planned maintenance work and changes to your software, we send an email to the one you listed here. In addition, this screen provides the business information that will be printed on your receipts.

When checked, this setting displays your site on www.mindbodyonline.com under the Clients menu. When unchecked, your site is only accessible through shortcuts, links from your website, or http://clients.mindbodyonline.com/mbsw.aspIs your business in Massachusetts? You probably hate typing Massachusetts every time you enter a new client. If you enable this feature, it will enter your state name automatically when setting up new teachers and clients. Don't worry if he or she doesn't live in your state. You get a second chance to change it when you setup someone new.
This is associated with the feature above. If you enabled the "States/Provinces" feature, this is where you choose the State/Province you want to default to. If your business is located in Alaska, then choose "Alaska" from the drop-down menu.
Because MINDBODY is based in California; by default our features use the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. If you don't live in the PST, you need to tell our system how many hours to add or subtract so that we get your scheduling times right. We will link your logo to this website address so that if people want to return to your main page, they can simply click on your logo.

This drop-down box let's you enter information for your different locations. By default, your site came with a location called "Online Store." This would be the location you would setup if you use a different physical address to warehouse products that you sell online. The Online Store location does not refer to the address of a vendor that you use for drop shopping.
Upload a photo of the outside or inside of your physical business so that prospects using the MINDBODY Finder can see your facility. The preferred size is 256 pixels wide by 192 pixels tall.

NOTE: if your business's information is entered correctly in the address fields for GPS, the site will display your location's latitude and longitude.
Some of your clients may ask for a receipt every time they sign in for a class. When enabled, this feature will pop-up a new internet window with the receipt. You can then print their receipt for that session.
Want to be notified about which clients are dropping into your classes? If this feature is enabled, an alert window will tell you that the person signing in didn't pre-register for the class they're trying to get into. This feature doesn't prevent them from signing in. It only alerts you that they never pre-registered.
When enabled, any client account that does not make a reservation in a class, enroll in a workshop, or schedule an appointment within the selected time frame, their account will be automatically marked inactive. You may set this time frame by selecting a value, in weeks or months, from the dropdown box to designate the amount of time that your clients have to redeem your services in order to remain active with your business. We never delete a client from your Client List; but when this feature makes them inactive, they no longer show up on searches.
