If you're using our Sales Team Management features to their fullest, then you want to start tracking prospects. A "prospect," by our definition, is someone who hasn't paid for services yet, but hopefully he or she will be paying soon. If you're diligent about tracking prospects, we have a Sales Forecasting Report that will figure out the possible close date of the sale, how much money you plan on collecting once the prospect buys, and the forecasted value of this prospect.
