Time Clock Report

The Time Clock report allows you to see the hours worked for all of your staff member, their pay rate, and total time and money due.  To find this report, follow these steps.

 

1. Go to Reports => Staff => Time Clock
2. Use the search filters to select the staff member(s), time period, and location
3. Select Generate
4. From here you can either print the report by selecting the printer icon in the date bar in your MBO system, or you can export to Microsoft Excel by clicking the Export to Excel Button
5. Give this report to whoever runs your payroll

 

If one of your staff makes a mistake clocking in and out, or for any other reason, you can edit their time clock history through the following steps.  You must have all the permissions under Time Clock in the Users & Groups Screen enabled to complete these steps.

1. Go to Toolbox => Time Clock => click on View/Edit Time Clock
2. Using the search filters, find the staff member and the time period in which you are interested
3. In the right hand column of the row in which you are interested, click Edit
4. From this screen alter the times
5. Click Update
