Staff Phone Book Report

This report lists all of your staff members' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. It's a good report for your employees to have permission to. That way, if they need someone to cover their shift, they can log in to get their co-workers' phone numbers without needing to call you.

Report's Location

Log in as the owner (or as someone with permission to see this report)
Follow this menu path: Reports => Staff => Phone Book

Report's Search Filters

Show - You can generate a list of all employees, or those designated just instructors, staff, assistants, etc. by choosing an option from the dropdown menu. An employee is categorized here by the checkboxes marked on their staff profile screens.
Sort by - You can have the report list staff by their first name, last name, or display name.
Include Inactive? - You can have the report show staff that you have set to as inactive. Basically, staff that don't work for you anymore.
Generate - it makes the report appear.
