Retention Management

This report was designed to work with a 3rd party company called Retention Management. The company specializes in helping businesses understand their attrition rates and how to improve client retention. This report specifically generates the data needed by Retention Management to consult you. Click here to learn more about the services provided by Retention Management.

This report's location:

1. Log in as the owner (or as someone with plenty of permission)
2. Follow this menu path: Reports => Clients & Accounts => Retention Management

How to use the report

1. Open the report
2. Click on the Generate Button
3. Click on the Export to Excel Icon
4. Save the Excel document somewhere on your computer
5. Email the Excel document to the email address provided to you by Retention Management (read note at the top of the screen.)
