Our Contact Log Feature allows you to keep running notes for each one of your clients. Basically, everytime you look up a client, the client has a button at the top of his or her screen called "Contact Logs." If you click on this button, then you can enter a note (which is time stamped) for that client's account. You can also categorize the Contact Log with check boxes called Contact Log Types.
This report makes sense of your Contact Logs. It's also a good way to see all of your Contact Logs at once.
