Client Indexes Report

If you've setup the Client Index feature, you can use this report to see how many of your clients belong to each Client Index. It's a good way to keep tabs on how many of your clients fall into which categories.

 

How this report works

  1. Make sure that you've created at least one Client Index (Clients=> Client Indexes)
  2. with values and assigned it to at least one client. Click here to learn more about Client Indexes
  3. Go to the report: Reports => Clients & Accounts => Client Indexes
  4. On the far left, use the drop-down box next to the word "Index" to choose one of your Client Indexes to view.
  5. Adjust the filters accordingly
  6. Click on the Generate button
