HTML Font Basics

You can customize the formatting in your MINDBODY webscheduler by using the following HTML instructions in any of the free-form text fields.

Create Different Headings 

Create Paragraphs

Use Bold, Italics, and Underlines 

Create Line Breaks

Change the Font Color

Change the Font Size

Change the Font Typeface

Combine Tags

Create a Link

These are the free form text fields that you can customize.

• The instructor biographies, found in the Teachers and Staff information page.
• Class descriptions.
• Appointment descriptions.
• News and Events, found in the Toolbox menu.
• Appointment type descriptions, found under Class Type Setup.
• Session type descriptions.
• In General Setup and Options, you can customize:
  • The receipt messages.
  • The policy text and custom wording.
  • The welcome paragraph.
  • The gift certificate information.
