Account Balance Threshold: Triggered when a client's debt with your business reaches a threshold value. For example, if they owe $500 or more. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
ACH Failed: Triggered when a client's ACH transaction fails. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
Arrivals in Threshold: Triggered when a client arrives more than once within a certain number of hours. (Business Mode only.)
AutoPay Failed: Triggered when a client's AutoPay transaction fails. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
Contract Confirmation: If you want to see who has agree to their contracts electronically, you can set this alert. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
Credit Card Expiration: Triggered when a client's credit card expiration date is within a specified number of months. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
Follow Up Due: Triggered when a Contact Log that requires follow up is due within a certain number of days. (Business Mode only.)
Low Session Threshold: Triggered when the number of remaining sessions in a client's series is running low. This threshold may be adjusted at the bottom of the series itself, after you look up the series on the Series & Memberships screen.
Note: The Low Sessions Alert doesn't appear if the series has a threshold of "0."
Missing Billing Info: Triggered when a client's record is missing Billing Information. If you enable Force Resolution inside this alert and a client without billing information is looked up, the Billing Info alert appears and won't go away until a valid credit card is entered. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
Missing Required Fields: Alerts your client that they have not entered all the information that you have marked as Required in the Setup Required Fields screen. (Business and Consumer Modes.)
No Arrivals in Threshold: Triggered when a client has no arrivals within a specified number of days. (Business Mode only.)
No Visits in Threshold: Triggered when a client doesn't have any remaining visits on their account. (Business Mode only.)
Non-Member: Alerts your staff when a non-member arrives. (Business Mode only.)
Staff Alert: Displays the text in the Staff Alert text box (the red triangle on the Contact Info screen). (Business Mode only.)
Suspension: Alerts your staff when a suspended client arrives. (Business Mode only.)
Unpaid Sessions Alert: Triggered when a client has enrolled into a class or workshop without actually paying for it. (Business and Consumer Modes.) This alert will not appear if the client's only unpaid bookings are future unpaid bookings.
Yellow Alert: Displays the text in the Alert text box (the yellow triangle on the Contact Info screen). (Business Mode only.)
