Client Types

Client Types are extra classifications that you can give your clients (e.g. "prospect," "senior," "student," "pregnant," "youth".) You can also assign multiple Client types to a client.

Once you set up Client Types, then when you run reports, you can run it for just one or more Client Types. Also, you can schedule classes or workshops that only allow for clients with that Client Type to sign themselves up online. For example, if you have a Client Type called "student", then you can make it so that only Clients with the Client Type "student" can sign up for your discounted student classes. This forces clients to meet a prerequisite, or, i.e. a Client Type before they can sign up online.
