Client Indexes

Client Indexes are a great way to analyze your client's demographics. This feature allows you to set up different categories (e.g. Location, Age, Education, Height, Weight, Income, etc...) Then you create values for each index (e.g. the values for Location could be: West Coast, East Coast, Mid West; the values for Height could be: <5 foot, 5-6 foot, > 6 foot; Weight: Less than 100lbs, 100-130 lbs, 130-160lbs; etc....) Lastly, you can assign an Index Value to each one of your clients.

After you have assigned Client Indexes to your clients, the Client Indexes can be used in client searches, sending mass emails to just Clients that belong to one index, and a plethora of other reports.
