Can I suspend a series on a clients account?

Series

A series alone may not be suspended. However, if you wish to tweak the duration of a series, you may do so by:

  1. Following this menu path: Clients => Lookup Client => look up a client
  2. Click on the client's Account Details Button in the upper right
  3. Click on the Edit Link next to the series in question
  4. Change its duration
  5. Save changes

 

Contracts

You may suspend a contract, which will also affect the related AutoPay's and series. To suspend a contract for a client, go to their Account Details and click Suspend to the right of the contract on their account. You may choose to set a specific start and end date or to only set a start date and leave the suspension open-ended. You must then type in a reason for the suspension, and then click Submit to save. For open-ended suspensions, you will have to go back into the client's Account Details and click on Suspend in order to remove the schedule suspension, and restart their AutoPay schedule.

  2. Click on the client's Account Details Button in the upper right
  3. Click on the Suspend Link next to the contract in question
  4. Set the suspension details
  5. Save changes

Do the contract dates get shifted by a suspension?
After the suspension is deleted, does the client pay for the months that his or her contract was suspended?
