Raising the Price of Your Clients' Existing AutoPays

In the event that costs change and you restructure the pricing of your series', there is a feature that updates an individual series' price for auto pays scheduled in the future. With just a few clicks, you set a date to increase or decrease the price of a series that has been sold to all clients (i.e., you want to increase the monthly membership fees for everyone that has ever purchased that series on New Year's Day).

To edit the series price inside of contracts and packages for future sales, and not the price for scheduled AutoPays, simply tick the checkbox titled Update Price in Contracts & Packages. To update existing AutoPays as well, follow the steps described below.

For obvious reasons, this feature won't change the price of auto pays that have already run.

To use this feature:

1. Look up a series (Toolbox => Services => Series & Memberships)
2. Enter the new price in the Price field
3. Click the checkbox for Update Price in Contracts/Packages and AutoPays
4. Change the date for "AutoPays Forward" to the date you want the new price to take effect
5. Click the Update Button
