Enrolling Clients Into Workshops

Below is a list of things that could be preventing your clients from enrolling into a Workshop.

Check the Series

  1. Make sure that a series is assigned to the workshop. You assign a series to a workshop by clicking on the Edit link on this screen Toolbox => Services => Class & Event Management.
  2. Visits on the Series
  3. The series assigned to the Workshop must have a long enough duration so that clients can buy it ahead of time and still not have the series expire before the workshop ends. If clients pre-pay for their series, and the series expiration date starts when its purchased (Uncheck: Update Activation Date to First Visit Date), this might make the series expire before the workshop actually starts. This would be bad.
  4. Make sure that the series is checked "Sell Online" if clients are signing up on the web
