Owners have complete access to all features within the software.
If other employees require full access, we recommend that you create a separate log in for them instead of sharing the owner password. This is because if the employee leaves, you can remove their login instead of having to change the owner password. It also ensures that you know who was logged in throughout the day. If everyone used the owner password, entry logs and sales records would all say owner, which doesn't tell you much when you need to know who performed a sale, or logged in for the day. Separate logins for employees create accountability for sales.
Employees may only access features within the software that the owner allows. You can also restrict employees to sales and activity at specified locations. This is ideal for large multi-location businesses sharing the same portal (as single software. Employees may be divided into different groups such as staff, manager or instructor, all of which are defined according to the features they can access. Specific usernames, passwords and locations can be added to each group of users.
If you provide a link from your business's website to your MINDBODY site, clients may access their personal account information and purchase items that you have enabled for online sale. They can also sign up for classes, workshops, request or book appointments depending on what you specify under the Class and Event and Appointment Options for your site.
