Sign in to Your Site

When MindBody creates your site, they create a special login for the owner. The username and password is emailed to you in your introductory "Welcome to MINDBODY" email.

 

Until you change your password, the following username and password is set for the studio owner:

Username: owner

Password: (the password that we emailed the owner)

For security reasons, the owner password must be changed by the first training.

 

To change your owner password:

  1. Select Toolbox.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Users and Groups.
  4. Click on [Change Owner Password] in the upper right corner.
  5. Enter your old password (owner).
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Confirm your new password.
  8. Press Update.
  9. If successful, you will see the following message: "The new owner password has been successfully changed."
  10. Press OK.

All other studio logins must be created by the owner through Users and Groups.
